Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the commencement of the service/project.

  • Once the project has started, cancellation may not be accepted or may incur charges.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Service has not been initiated

  • Payment was made in error

No refunds will be provided:

  • Once work has started

  • For completed or partially completed services

3. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultation fees (if applicable)

  • Custom development or tailored services

  • Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses)

5. Disputes

Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
