Cancellation requests must be made before the commencement of the service/project.
Once the project has started, cancellation may not be accepted or may incur charges.
Refunds are applicable only if:
Service has not been initiated
Payment was made in error
No refunds will be provided:
Once work has started
For completed or partially completed services
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Consultation fees (if applicable)
Custom development or tailored services
Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses)
Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
